Wednesdays
- AGE UK Tai Chi Classes. 9:45am and 11:00am, all year. Organised by AGE UK Berkshire. Contact: 0118 959 4242, website: www.ageuk.org.uk/berkshire/activities-and-events/tai-chi/. Gentle exercises aimed at preventing falls and increasing muscle strength. Sessions last for 45 minutes and are followed by refreshments. £5.00 per session and the first session is FREE.
- Rosehill Ladies. 2:00-4:00pm on 1st Wednesday in each month, all year. Organiser: Sue Green. Contact: 0118 947 7570, email: suegreen@hotmail.com. Our meetings have a variety of talks, demonstrations and competitions. There is a book club, the ladies that lunch and various trips. We enjoy tea and biscuits at each meeting. You do not need to be a member of the church so come along and meet your neighbours. We are a friendly bunch.
- Art Workshop. 12:30-3:30pm (not first Wednesday in the month), term time. Organiser: Diana Hartrup. Contact: 0118 9475 837, email: diana.hartrup@gmail.com. We are a group who come together to draw and paint, we often do a joint project to try to extend our art skills using different mediums and collective ideas. The sessions are relaxed, working out at about £7 a session. The Workshop developed from classes held for Adult Education sadly no more. Please get in touch if you are interested and come along to meet us.

Pilates is all about posture, strengthening, flexibility and mobility! I can help with osteoporosis, scoliosis, pre- and post-natal, menopause, hip, back and spine dysfunction. There are many benefits of Pilates exercise, it can be adjusted to fit the needs of all ages and abilities. Pilates is suitable for men, women, elite athletes, seniors, pregnant women, people with back pain, sportsmen and women in golf, rugby, football, skiers and everyone in between. I can teach you Pilates and help you get in shape. The first Class is free for new customers.

Whether you’ve danced before or you’re an exercise beginner, a KFA (Keep Fit Association) class offers something special and original. Along with a wide range of music, a mixture of exercise and dance will give you a whole body workout and a lot of fun. I’m a qualified, experienced KFA teacher who loves music, movement and dance and the confidence and pleasure it brings to people at all ages and levels of fitness. Free Taster session.
